Instructions & Procedure for Online Registration

1.	The eligible candidates on the basis of AIEEE 2011 results are required to register ONLINE through Internet (http://www.chdenggadmissions.nic.in ) from places of their convenience. The detailed procedure is described below:
2.	Online Registration will start from 07/06/2011 and will close on 24/06/2011 at 5:00 PM.
3.	Candidate’s eligibility:
	All candidates who have valid All India Rank on the basis of AIEEE-2011 are eligible for online registration for counseling. Candidates having valid All India Rank in Engineering Stream can registered for Engineering courses only. Candidate having valid All India Rank in Architecture Stream can registered for Architecture courses only. Candidate having valid All India Rank in Engineering & Architecture Streams can registered either in Engineering courses or Architecture courses or both courses.
4.	The candidate will register online by entering the following as indicated in the Admit/Score Card of AIEEE-2011. AIEEE Roll Number AIEEE Application Number Name of the Candidate Date of Birth
5.	This data submitted by the candidate will be verified with the AIEEE database of CBSE. If this data submitted by the candidate is found to match with AIEEE-2011 database of CBSE, then only the candidate will be permitted to Fill the Online Registration Form. Candidate is required to choose his/her own password during Online Registration Process.
6.	Candidates are advised to record/remember their password for all future Logins. Confidentiality of the password is the sole responsibility of the candidate and all care must be taken to protect its security. Candidates are advised not to disclose or share their password with anybody. Neither Joint Admission Committee, Chandigarh nor NIC is responsible for violation or misuse of the password of the candidate. A candidate can change his/her password after login, if desired.
7.	There are three simple steps to Register Online Step 1: Fill the Online Registration Form. Step 2: Get a print out of the e-Challan of SBI. Make payment of fee through e-Challan in any branch of SBI throughout India. The Bank will return two copies of the e-challan duly stamped. Again Log on to the Website . Fill the details of e-challan. Step 3: Only those Candidates who have registered online and made payment of counselling fee through e-Challan are eligible for Choice filling during 29th June to 9th July, 2011.
	Impotant Note for Sports and Defence Categories: Only the candidates belonging to Sports (14) and Defence categories (15 to 33) will also submit Confirmation page along with self attested photocopies of supporting documents and JAC Copy of e-Challan to Joint Admission Committee, Chandigarh on or before 1st July, 2011.
8.	The application fee is Rs.1050/-. Payment of fee can be made by e-Challan in any branch of SBI throughout India.
