Original Documents Required at the Time of Counselling

1. On the scheduled date of counseling bring the application form (confirmation slip) generated during the on-line
submission of application, original challan receipt and three extra recent photographs of passport size (5 cm x 4 cm).



2. Bring the original documents and one set of self attested photocopies of all the documents.


3. Arrange original documents and their photocopies in the following order:
a) Duly filled-in scrutiny form
b) AIEEE-2010 Result Card Required for All
c) Original challan receipt
d) Application form (confirmation slip)
e) 10+2 detailed marks sheet
f) Class X certificate for Date of birth
g) Character Certificate
h) Freedom Fighter and Pension Certificate Required wherever applicable
i) S.C./S.T. certificate (Two copies)
j) Migration & Eligibility certificate
k) Kashmiri Migrant certificate
l) Certificate from institution where student has already taken admission (Original Certificate)
m) Dependence on Military Personnel certificate
n) Gallantry award certificate(specify the award)
o) Death/Incapacitated in military action
p) Sports Gradation certificate ( P.U.and/or U.T)
q) Undertaking to attend the sport ground regularly
r) Physically Challenged certificate
s) Foreign National/PIO/NRI
t) Dependents on Terrorists Victims
u) Defence Personnel incapacitated while in service (for self admission).
v) Serving defence personnel (for self admission)
w) Single Girl Child
x) Cancer/AIDS patient
y) Kargil Martyrs



4. The photocopies must be attached securely to the application form (confirmation slip) in the above order.
